Abstract In this study, chiral bis(pyrazolyl)methane copper(I) acetonitrile complexes were applied to generate two novel terminal copper tosyl nitrene with the generating agent S PhINTs in dichloromethane at low temperatures. The syntheses of ligands are based on pulegone and camphor, members natural pool. as catalysts mediated aziridination reaction different styrene derivatives C–H amination various substrates. reactions afforded good yields, but enantiomeric excess under mild conditions. species have been characterized UV/Vis EPR spectroscopy products decay by ESI mass spectrometry.

We report here the first gold-catalyzed nitrene transfer reaction. A gold(I) compound, supported by 4,4',4' '-tri-tert-butyl-2,2':6',2' '-terpyridine (tBu3tpy) as the ligand, efficiently catalyzes olefin aziridination with the use of the commercially available oxidant PhI(OAc)2 and sulfonamides.
